Zotril

Zotril

What Ingredients are in Zotril?

There seems to be four main ingredients: Guarana, Yerba Mate, Damiana, and St. John’s Wort.

Like many other fat burners out on the market, Zotril contains Guarana and Yerba Mate. Both are caffeine stimulants and are known to help burn fat, but does not in anyway help you lose a significant amount of weight.

Zotril for women contains herbs like Chasteberry and Blach Cohosh which supposedly help regulate menstrual cycles. There’s also chlorella which has detoxification effects, and sage leaf which enhances the immune system.

Zotril for men uses Ginseng as a energy stimulant and Passionflower Extract to modulate anxiety.

What Else Should I Know about Zotril?

The combination of Guarana, Yerba Mate, and Damiana supposedly make you feel fuller for a longer period of time. St. John’s Wort is now commonly used to treat mild depression. It’s hard to see how that’s related to weight-loss, maybe to help prevent some side effects of the product? However, St. John’s Wort can also have adverse effects on some people like confusion, dizziness, tiredness, and even limited fertility for both men and women.
