Xpel

Xpel

What Ingredients are in Xpel?

While Xpel does contain a number of diuretic ingredients that will expel water weight, we do not recommend this to serious dieters.

What Else Should I Know about Xpel?

Expelling water weight is only a temporary solution, and water weight by nature is easily gained back. It may be useful for body builders looking to prepare for a show and achieve more defined muscles, but it in no way burns fat or calories.

I’ve used Xpel three times before. Each time I use it for one full week. By the third day I’ve lost that little “pooch” below my belly button and the exess puffiness on my thighs. I try to drink about 2 liters of water a day to compensate for the water loss via the pills. When I first tried Xpel, I didn’t drink enough water so I felt naseous. But, once I kept hydrated, I felt no side effects whatsoever. I like Xpel for a short term, one-time event. It’s definitley not for long-term, but it’ll help give you that extra bit of definition before a big weekend or night out.
