Sesathin

What Ingredients are in Sesathin?
Basically Sesathin claims that Sesamin once it enters the body begins a process that increases the oxidation of fat within the body. It also contributes to prevention of fat storage. The biggest problem with these claims is that from what we can see on the web that most of the studies done on Sesamin have been done with rats. We couldn’t find any reference to even a marginal study done involving humans, and let’s face it humans and rats are very different.
What Else Should I Know about Sesathin?
So while there are plenty of positive side-effects there are definitely better fat burners out there that have been proven.
