Sesamax

What Ingredients are in Sesamax?

As a stimulant free supplement, Sesamax chooses to base their supplement instead on sesame oil and omega 3 fish oil. While these ingredients are good for the body, they have no proven weight loss uses. Sesame oil has been linked to increasing muscle mass, but then again tapioca has been linked to cancer prevention. As such, sesame oil is not commonly used to promote muscle mass just as tapioca is not generally used to actually cure cancer. Omega 3 fish oil has been proven, like sesame oil, to help the heart. But like sesame oil, it has never actually been shown to promote any weight loss. It has no testimonials as to its effectiveness, which seems to mean that it’s not effective.

What Else Should I Know about Sesamax?

So while Sesamax is marketed as “revolutionary” and an alternative to stimulant based weight loss supplements, there is nothing revolutionary about it. While its ingredients are good for some bodily functions, there is no rhyme or reason to believe it would actually promote weight loss, and so no reason to buy it.
