Though extremely convenient, Nutrisystem is not the ultimate solution. Some programs, such as Weight Watchers, give their users diet guidelines. This allows users not only to learn how to eat right and therefore maintain results, but also allows them to eat out and maintain a fairly normal lifestyle while dieting. Nutrisystem handicaps users by not allowing them to do anything for themselves. and because users are paying the company for every prepackaged meal, the costs also add up quickly, amounting to a diet plan few can actually afford.
What Else Should I Know about Nutrisystem ?
Nutrisystem provides only a temporary diet and exercise plan. It does not establish long term patterns, and as such, as soon as dieters quit, they will probably gain all the weight back. Moreover, it provides no thermogenic or metabolic aids to account for the times when the average dieter cheats or slips.
