I was skeptical at first. I don’t understand these hormones, and I think hormones are a copout for people just being lazy or not doing it right, including myself. I have taken pretty good care of myself, or at least I think so. And I’ve even worked at a gym in the past. I’ve never been told I needed to lose weight, and at one point my doctor told me that I should gain weight, because I was on the low side. But when I hit age 40, it just changed. Nuphedragen wasn’t what I thought it would be when I read the ads. It wasn’t as fast as I thought it would be, and it was partly my fault, because I wasn’t as good about dieting and exercising as I should have been. But when I was, I was able to lose more. And since then, I’ve been able to change my body. I’ve dropped weight to reach my goal weight, I’ve toned up, and I don’t feel as hungry or have as many struggles as I have before.

I have lost and gained about 5 pounds. But I never seem to gain more than that anymore. And yes, it had some side effects. But since I started drinking coffee and using other caffeine to get my body used to it, it’s not so bad. I’d just never really been a big caffeine user before that.

I don’t think side effects are acceptable, it’s really as simple as that. I’ve been left with no real choices outside of that. So it’s tolerable. And the side effects of Nuphedragen are not life threatening. They’re just annoying. But I lost about 5 pounds my first week, 4 pounds my second, 4 ¾ my third, and so on.
