I am really sensitive to caffeine. But I thought it would be okay possibly, because they said that they had patented ingredients, which I’ve heard sometimes take out the side effects. As it turned out, it still had some of the problems at least for me. But at the same turn, it did help me to lose a certain amount of weight.
