Lipo 6

Lipo 6

What Ingredients are in Lipo 6?

First off, the ingredients have now been reduced to 5, and the most powerful of the original 6, ephedra, is now illegal in the U.S.

Of its remaining 5 ingredients:

Caffeine hardly a fat burner, more of a stimulant.

Guggulsterones, which has been shown to block absorption of the other 4 ingredients by the intestines.

A very small dosage of Yohimbe, a fat synthesizer.

Synerphrine, the legal companion of Ephedra, but not in a high enough or recommended dosage (20mg instead of 32 mg) to make it effective.

Black Pepper

What Else Should I Know about Lipo 6?

Whereas this product might have once been good, its modern equivalent is now only humorous.

Don’t use Lipo 6! It doesn’t work and there are still side effects!

I started using Lipo 6 about 8 months ago, and I stopped using it about 6 months ago. I gave it a good 2 month chance because of its name. I thought that it had potential to really be great. But I never saw those great results. I tried and waited, and nothing good ever really came of it. I would recommend finding another product.

About 5 months ago, my weight was out of control. I’d gained about 40 pounds, and I started using P90X to lose that weight. P90X is amazing, and I started using Lipo 6 to hopefully accentuate the benefits in the second month. It gave me some extra energy for my workouts yes. But it made my heart race as well, and there was no difference in my actual weight loss results.

I’ve been using Lipo 6 for about a month now. I just got done with my first bottle, and so far, I’ve lost 7 pounds. It speeds up your heart rate and gives you a lot of energy, and sometimes it’s too much. I think that its effective. But sitting at a desk job, sometimes the energy and the heart rate is too much for me.

I just started using Lipo 6 last week. So far, I’ve changed my diet and lost some weight. But Lipo 6 hasn’t made a huge impact on what I’ve been able to get. It’s caused side effects. But that’s as far as I can tell right now.

My husband and I bought a bottle of Lipo 6 in the hopes that it would help bring our weight down. The only thing it did was give us both terrible headaches.
