The only side effect really associated with creatine would be bloating or water retention. Creatine works by pushing water into the spaces around the muscles. In short, it works by causing your body to retain water. In essence, creatine does not build muscles. It simply allows water to give your muscles the energy to exercise for a longer period of time. In other words, if you were to eliminate the possibility of water retention, creatine would no longer do anything for you. The other ingredients in Kre-a-fem have nothing to do with weight loss or muscle building properties.

Kre-a-fem makes blatantly false and contradictory claims. They promise that it will build muscles, and yet they promise to take away the very way in which it works. They provide no other useful ingredients, and any money spent on Kre-a-fem would be money wasted.
