I’m pretty athletic, and I’ve taken Hydroxycut Max on and off. I’ve used it to lose weight here and there, get ready for competitions, and it definitely amps up my workouts. But it also made me extremely jittery and nauseous. And I’ve had to seriously up my water intake. It works okay. But I feel like there’s a lot of costs to use it.

Drink plenty of water when you’re taking Hydroxycut Max. I peed a lot for some reason, and I had more side effects when I was drinking my normal amount of water. When I started drinking about 10 glasses of water per day, a lot of the side effects went away.

Hydroxycut Max was pretty effective at helping me to improve workouts. I used it to get my day started and really get going, and it worked for that. And it helped me to lose a few extra pounds, making most things easier. But when I was using Hydroxycut Max, I felt a little too jittered up all the time, and I had trouble sleeping. My appetite was unpredictable. Sometimes I had no appetite, and sometimes I wanted to eat more. I don’ think it balances out for me.

I bought Hydroxycut Max for the first time last week. The first day I took it, I was up literally all night, and I could hardly get through my workday the next day. I feel like a champ when it’s time to exercise. But the energy doesn’t fade away when I need it to. I cut the dose in half, and it seems to be a little better. But so far, the weight loss is questionable, and the energy is a little too much for me.
