What Else Should I Know about Hollywood Diet?
For a quick loss of a couple of pounds, a juice diet will work short term. Using juice diets regularly can get expensive, usually priced upwards of $10 per bottle. The Hollywood Diet is no different than any other juice diet on the market.
The juice itself is good for a short term detox, but will not have lasting effects. Weight loss is minimal due to the short time frame. Recommended meal plans and a Hollywood Multivitamin are recommended for use after the Hollywood Diet.

The Hollywood Diet isn’t as great as they say. I used it to get ready for my best friend’s wedding. I got ready. But within the 2 days including the wedding and the day after, I gained back the 5 pounds I lost.

I would not recommend using the Hollywood Diet. It hasn’t helped me to lose weight. I lost about 7 pounds fast. But I gained it back the week after. I was just starving myself and I spent a lot of money to do it using the Hollywood Diet. It’s definitely not worth it.

The Hollywood Diet was a lot like the lemon cleanse diet, which I ended up trying months later. But it tastes better. The lemon cleanse tastes pretty bad. But both help you to lose weight fast. I gained some of the weight back after using the Hollywood diet. And it cost me a lot more for the taste than I paid for the lemon cleanse obviously. For money factors, I would definitely not use this. I guess it depends on how much the taste is worth to you.
