The most successful way to use Cheater’s Relief is to use it with a pretty good diet and exercise program, a low carb program really. I’ve been using a bodybuilding type program, and it didn’t make huge differences and amazing leaps and bounds. But I was able to improve my experiences and see what I was looking for.

I used Cheater’s Relief, and I didn’t really see a difference. I guess it’s kinda like Alli, you do most of the work and then it does maybe a little. But I don’t even know if it does that. I didn’t see any results with Cheater’s Relief.
