I started Accelis the second week of my diet plan. The first week of my diet plan, I lost about 5 pounds. The first week of Accelis I lost 3. I took Accelis for about a month, and in the third week of taking Accelis, I actually gained back a couple of pounds. After that, the 4th week, I didn’t lose anything. So I stopped wasting my time on Accelis. Since then, the diet has worked pretty well. And I’m out of the slump.

I bought myself a treadmill, and when I had a gym pass, I used to use the incline, which is amazing. The only difference now is I paid about half the price for the treadmill as I did for the gym pass. And when I started taking Accelis, I would swear that it actually slowed my progress down. I took it for a bottle’s worth, so about a month, and it didn’t do anything for me.

I started taking Accelis about 3 months ago. So far, I’ve lost about 15 pounds, which is much slower than I thought it would be before. There were no major side effects, at least not that I noticed. And I would say that Accelis can help. But a lot of it was really my own work more than Accelis.

I actually ended up gaining weight, and I got more frustrated with my weight when I was taking Accelis. As far as I could tell, there have been no real side effects so far. But in 2 months, I actually ended up gaining about 5 pounds. Some people told me it would build up water weight first while eliminating fat, and then it would drop away. But it never happened.

I don’t know what people are talking about. Accelis does work. It’s not a miracle pill. But it does work, and it’s pretty good working without side effects. It’s not the most powerful thing I’ve ever sene. But it gets the job done well enough.
