What is Abs Plus?
Manufactured by Genuine Health, Abs+ claims to "provide a significant decrease to both your waistline measurements and your weight in 90 days or less-safely and naturally." It contains CLA, green tea, and even cites clinical studies to back their claims on their website. Specifically, CLA has been shown in doses of .7g to 4.5g to increase lean muscle mass and decrease weight and fat.
What Ingredients are in Abs Plus?
While Abs+ may have a good base, it does not actually provide quantities of each ingredient. Without a minimum dosage of .7g per day, CLA is useless in weight loss, and without a significantly higher dosage, it will not promote the maintenance of lean muscle mass. Likewise, green tea is a powerful antioxidant, but only in the right doses.
What Else Should I Know about Abs Plus?
Abs+ retails for $29.57. As such, we do not believe that it actually contains the proper doses of the two major ingredients. Nor do they provide a full ingredients list, which would tell us if most of their ingredients are fillers. With so little information, we would be cautious of this product.
