At first, 3 pounds a week may seem like a small number to most people. But for me, that’s amazing! I am comparing this to losing either ½ a pound a week, not losing weight at all, or even gaining weight using exactly the same diet plan! My body was just stuck in a rut. I have struggled for only a few months this way, and it was honestly like somebody flipped a switch. Suddenly, I could lose weight again, suddenly I had the energy I needed, and suddenly, I didn’t feel so beaten down.

But while there was that one side effect, I definitely saw weight loss. I saw major weight loss that I’ve never even seen with the products that gave me other side effects. I saw so many reviews from other people that I was expecting to lose 20 or 30 pounds with my first month. I lost about 10. So I guess results vary from person to person. This was more than I’ve ever been able to lose in a single month. So without question, it does make a difference. I guess I was just raising my expectations too high for my body type.

It took about a week to set in for me. And then it really started working. But the first week was slow. I barely even noticed a difference, and any difference that first week is debatable at best. But since then, losing 20 pounds has been a piece of cake.
